With love & care

Production

The Arbequina olives are harvested by hand with great care between November and January. Immediately after harvesting, the fruit is processed in state-of-the-art oil mills and cold-pressed without the addition of heat.

Thanks to the careful selection of only perfectly ripe and undamaged olives, our oil is particularly mild.
