Preparation time:
20 minutes.
Ingredients:
Ingredients:
250g prawns (head and tail removed)
2 tbsp parsley
6 garlic cloves
80ml Antara olive oil
1 pinch sea salt
1/2 lemon (juice)
1/2 baguette
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180–200 °C. If necessary, peel the prawns, remove the veins, wash, and pat dry. Slice the garlic thinly and marinate the prawns as desired with lemon juice, salt, and paprika or chili.
Divide the olive oil between two small cazuelas and heat in the oven to approx. 170 °C. Then carefully add the marinated prawns and garlic to the hot oil. Chop the parsley while they are cooking.
After 6–8 minutes, when the prawns are pink and the garlic is golden brown, remove from the oven, sprinkle with parsley, and serve hot. Don't forget the baguette – it's perfect for dipping into the aromatic garlic oil.
